Our Mission

Archdiocesan Housing provides affordable, service-enriched housing for individuals and families who cannot access decent housing in the broader market place.

As an affiliate of  Catholic Charities, we mandate to care for the poor and those who are vulnerable by building communities that are welcoming and provide opportunities for them to flourish.

Our Core Values

Building Communities
We believe all persons deserve to be treated with dignity. We strive to offer our residents housing where they can form friendships, feel valued, offer their talents and have a sense of home and hope. We,  through Catholic Charities, offer supportive services and enrichment activities that assist our residents to maintain independence according to the circumstances of their lives.

Focus on Mission
Our abiding mission is to provide decent affordable housing for those most in need. We take pride in the quality of our well-maintained developments, and strive to be good neighbors in the communities where we own, manage and operate housing.

Commitment to Excellence
Our properties are attractive and well-managed. We expect our staff and residents to take pride in their living and work environments. Our staff are experienced in their respective professions of property management and affordable housing development. We are committed to ongoing investment in professional development opportunities for our staff; we celebrate their accomplishments and high levels of motivation.

Faithful Stewardship
Archdiocesan Housing is committed to developing affordable housing over the long-term. We adhere to policies of sound fiscal management investing funds necessary for capital improvements and providing adequate resources for continued growth of the housing development program. We are vigilant about increasing value while reducing costs by investing in quality products and preventative maintenance program
