We warmly welcome every resident as a member of our community. For many seniors, an unsuitable housing choice can lead to loneliness and social isolation. Archdiocesan Housing properties encourage and facilitate social activities for our senior residents. Cultural events, mountain trips, gardening, exercise groups, health education, and trips to the shopping center are just some of the events that we provide that help to encourage social connections between residents. Many sites offer weekly or biweekly bus or van service directly from the building to grocery stores (in Denver, this service is typically offered through RTD).
Most of our senior facilities are equipped with elevators and community rooms. All units have wall-to-wall carpeting, efficient floor plans, full kitchens, laundry facilities, and off-street parking The buildings are well-designed to provide needed security while affording a large measure of independence. Many units are wheelchair accessible.
Archdiocesan Housing owns and manages senior properties in Denver, Colorado; Boulder, Colorado; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Casper, Wyoming; and Cheyenne, Wyoming. Eligibility and income limits vary by property; please refer to the applications for details.
