Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities is dedicated to helping people of all ages, faiths, ethnic backgrounds, and economic circumstances; believes in providing the tools people need to reach self-sufficiency; and strives to assure that the basic necessities of life ---food, clothing and shelter -- are available to people in need.

We contract with Catholic Charities to provides resident services coordinators for our residents. The resident services coordinators assist residents in connecting with community resources and programs, and in determing eligibility for assistance. Often, the resident services coordinators simply serve as a sympathetic listener. Their services give our residents tools, resources, and hope.

We also work with the Catholic Charities Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) program. TBRA provides a partial rent subsidy for tenants; we actively work with TBRA to find and move in prospective tenants.

FHLBank Topeka Affordable Housing Program
The FHLBank system's Affordable Housing Program (AHP) is the largest privately funded housing grant program in the United States. FHLBank members and public and private housing development organizations work together to prepare a detailed application for this competitive program that awards up to $450,000 in subsidies per project. Through the use of subsidized advances and direct subsidies, the AHP helps members provide long-term lending for owner-occupied and rental housing that is affordable to very low-, low- and moderate-income households.

FHLBank Topeka helped us build Mount Loretto Family Housing in 2005 and rehabilitate Courtyard Commons in 2006.

FirstBank
FirstBank has participated in several Archdiocesan Housing projects. Their continued support and financial expertise helps us develop new projects. We are currently working with FirstBank of Littleton on Courtyard Commons.

Enterprise Community Partners (formerly the Enterprise Foundation)
A grant from the Enterprise Community Partners in 2006 enabled us to complete staff development and rehabilitiate Courtyard Commons, a 33-unit affordable housing project in Capitol Hill. A 2007 grant enabled us to train and develop staff.
